Oui. Non. Attention. combines the strengths of fABULEUS’s energetic dance performances with the connecting power of THERE THERE Company.

“Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity,” the French philosopher and activist Simone Weil once said. In an era in which our attention is constantly fragmented by endless stimuli and distractions, we ask ourselves what happens when we consciously direct it toward one another, toward our own bodies, and toward our surroundings. From this idea, young acrobats encounter the artistic and physical language of THERE THERE Company. Partner acrobatics demands a special kind of attention to the other, to each other, and to the subtle physical signals that help estimate balance and strength. Here, attention is understood as an act of responsibility and a means of connection.

The audience sits in a U-shaped scenography close to the stage. Because of this proximity, they can feel the performers’ intense attention toward one another.
